Neely Bruce joins the list of impressive speakers for the second forum of the third season of Freshly Squeezed with Colin McEnroe. The panel, entitled Can a Song Change the World? Stories of Musical Activism, is January 14, 2015. Composer, conductor, pianist and scholar of American music Neely Bruce; folksinger, recording artist and former state troubadour Lara Herscovitch; and rap poet Self Suffice lead a panel that will track the relationship between music and social change, from Woody Guthrie to Pete Seeger to Talib Kweli.
